Impasto Creative Solutions began with a simple but meaningful vision: to bring together talented freelance experts and create a collaborative team capable of supporting brands wherever they are in the world.
For years, we saw how many exceptional creatives -- designers, strategists, writers, marketers, and developers, were working independently, each with remarkable skills but often limited by traditional structures. At the same time, many brands were looking for high-quality creative support that was both adaptable and deeply thoughtful.
Impasto was created to bridge that gap.
We built a network of trusted freelance professionals who share the same commitment to craft, creativity, and results. By working as a flexible team rather than a rigid agency structure, we’re able to assemble the right mix of expertise for every project, ensuring that each brand we work with receives focused, specialized attention.
Today, Impasto Creative Solutions is led by five passionate creatives working together across different disciplines and locations, united by a shared goal: helping brands tell their stories beautifully, strategically, and authentically.

Project Manager, SEO Analytics and Strategy
Kia leads SEO analytics and strategy work and supports project management. She translates keyword and performance data into content and optimization priorities. Her background is in multimedia arts, and her work includes SEO optimization, content writing and editing, copywriting, and project management.
NEIL PADILLA
Project Manager, Content Strategist, Social Media, Ads, and Analytics
Neil works closely with clients and manages project delivery. He is also responsible for developing content strategies tailored to each client’s needs and goals. He supports content creation and channel execution.
His profile notes experience in long-form content planning, social media content repurposing, and coordinating cross-functional efforts on active campaigns. He also supports workflow and process improvements for project execution.
IIKO ASUQUE
Web and Brand Designer
Iiko designs websites and brand assets with a focus on usability and visual clarity. She handles website and layout design work aligned with brand identity and project goals. Outside client work, she owns and runs her own home decor brand, and oversees its branding and business operations alongside her design work. This gives her the experience and insight on real-life business and brand-building that help her understand the needs of clients.


MARAH ARQUERO
Copywriter
Marah writes website copy, newsletter content, and campaign assets for Impasto clients. Her work includes SEO-driven content and ad copy. She also has an extensive background in technical writing and translating technical topics for general audiences. Marah also writes ad copy, product descriptions, white papers, and business reports as needed, aligning each deliverable with the client’s goals and brand voice.


MARY GRACE BILLENA
Google Ads Expert
Mary Grace Billena is a management graduate and a certified Google Ads expert. She plans, builds, and optimizes paid search and paid media campaigns with a focus on measurable performance.
Her experience includes Search, Display, Shopping, Demand Gen, Performance Max, remarketing, and YouTube campaigns. She also conducts account audits and ongoing optimization using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center.
